Responsibilities:
1.Develop, select and negotiate with suppliers according to the demand, under the lead of manager;

2.Lead the project assigned by the manager, update the status, control the time and cost strictly;

4.Lead the FA process for new components and ECO change;

5.Review supplier’s processes and identity improvement opportunities in processes and systems to improve the quality, cost and flow of supplied materials throughout the entire supply chain;

6.Work with NPD teams to ensure the integrity and clarity of engineering drawing requirements and that all expectations are communicated effectively to supporting suppliers;

7.Quarterly cost reduction plan and solution;

Requirements:
1.Minimum graduate from college, preferably majoring in metallurgy or mechanical engineering;
本科及以上学历，冶金或机械工程专业优先
2.Over 10 years’ working experience in which 5 years in sourcing or project management, plumbing industry is a plus;

3.Strong project management skills;
